Getting started with the partner portal

1.Login

The InterTrader partner portal is a web-based platform. To login navigate to http://partner.intertraderdirect.com/

Username and password

Use your registered email address as your username and use the password provided by your account manager. Please contact the partnerships team if you have not received this at partnerships@www.intertrader.com

2.Dashboard

Here you can see a summary of your affiliate account including past performance and a snapshot of the current month’s activity.

3.i Sales stats

This section provides data over a period of time so you can see key performance indicators and trends.

Registration = live account application received, but not opened

Activation = live account opened, funded and traded

Demo = demo account opened

3.ii Current month overview

Here you can see a snapshot of the number of referrals for the current calendar month. It is reset on the first of every month.

3.iii Current month commission

This provides an indicative amount for your current monthly commission and is not the actual commission you will receive. Final commission is calculated at the end of the month once all trades and bonuses have been confirmed. Your final commission will appear in the cash journal (see below) once it is ready for you to withdraw.

3.iv Commission breakdown

For the current month you can see how your commissions have been created by looking at the number of executed trades by user, asset class or the specific market traded. This section is designed to help you understand the type of traders you have referred.

4. Payments

a.  Withdrawals

From this page you can withdraw your available commission. The page shows your commission balance, and you can request part or the whole amount to be paid direct into your bank account.

You will be asked to provide your bank details when you complete the sign-up process, which may include presenting a current bank statement. Your funds will be transferred to this account and should be with you within 48 hours of request. Please note the partner support team responsible for withdrawals is available Monday to Friday 8am -7pm (London local time).

b.  Cash journal

Here you can see all of your monthly commission entries plus any previous withdrawal requests.

At the top of the page is your unique partner portal ID number: you may need this number when dealing with our support team.

5. Promotions

Here you’ll find a summary of your agreed payment and commission structure.

InterTrader.com works on a Net Revenue Share basis. For your reference the definition of Net Revenue is as follows:

Net Revenue’ means the revenue from the spread commission less any bonus payments, TradeBack payments or other loyalty rebates paid back to the customer.

Your Net Revenue Value is the percentage you receive as your commission.

An example of one of these trackers is below. If you have not received your trackers and/or marketing materials please contact your account manager.

(EXAMPLE TRACKER)

It is imperative you only use one of the specified trackers to refer traffic, otherwise it will not be attributed to your account.

6.Community and clients

Use this section to gain a more in-depth look at the trading history of your referrals.

On the left-hand side you will see a list of the referrals by reference number or client ID. Please note we are unable to provide you with more personal data without the account holder’s consent.

Click on your chosen account number to see the account holder’s trade history over the last three months. This is given both by trade volume and by commission generated. You can toggle between different timeframes at the top of the chart, for a one-day, five-day, one-month, three-month, six-month or one-year time span.

Listed underneath the chart are the individual trades for the three-month period.

Simply click on another client ID to view that account holder’s trading chart.
