FUNDING YOUR ACCOUNT
Once you fund your account you are ready to trade! There are two quick ways to fund your account.
Please note that due to money laundering regulations we must only accept deposits from your own bank or card accounts, not those of a third party.
On the web platform
You can deposit funds securely online using a debit or credit card. Simply log into the Intertrader MT5 web platform and click the DEPOSIT FUNDS button at the top of the terminal, then follow the onscreen instructions.
You can also make withdrawal requests via the web platform, and download your full trade and transaction histories.
If you’re using the MT4 trading platform you can make deposits online via your secure Account Area. Simply click below and enter your email and password to log in, then place your deposit via a debit or credit card.
Over the phone
Our Customer Support team is available around the clock to help you manage your trading account.
Call +44 (0)20 3364 5189 and we can take your credit or debit card details over the phone to make payments to your account.
Your funds are held securely
Any funds you deposit with Intertrader are protected by the Gibraltar Investor Compensation Scheme (GICS), up to €20,000 per client. In addition, your deposits are protected up to £1 million by our client funds insurance with Lloyd’s of London.
For all retail clients, any funds you transfer to Intertrader will be securely held in a segregated client account, in accordance with the regulator’s client money rules. You can withdraw your funds at any time.
